A friend is someone who will bail you out of jail, but your best friend is the one sitting next to you saying "that was f***ing awesome"

i love a lot the colour choice it gives back that pacful moment what I think you wanted to give to the image!
Maybe the blood on his arm a bit too light especially if it old blood, as I know it is usually pretty dark - but I can't see other mistake!
I love the lights with the moon part and the face + expression of the kitten

With watching eyes
You see dreams dissolving
Distant voices slipping away
I have to go - I hear
The call of something deeper
A voice inside of me
- Cruxshadows - Waiting to Leave -

I
I really dislike furies but I like this scene.
I think your moon is a little to sharp, it feels to in focus so it seems like the moon is much closer than usual, maybe a slight blur on the moon would help.
I really like your highlights on your trees and ledge on the left side, but I think the highlights are much to strong on the right side. Its sort of creating the same problem that the moon was. The highlights on the right side are the same exact intensity as the highlights on the left side, so its making it look like they are the exact same distance, its making the scene look very flat, lightening up the high lights on the right would really help create more depth to the scene.
I think your lighting on the character is spot on, you did very well with him, I really love how his hair is catching the light so intensely, but i think he needs a little more contrast over all.
I really like the colors you chose for the water, very loose and varied, you did awesome with that.
Its refreshing to see some actual good furry art work, look at all the stuff I could actually talk and critique your work about.
Great job, I really enjoy the little scene.
At the first watch I thought it was 3D.
Very very good light!
How did you improve so fast on the light stuff?
It's just greatly done.
